I bought this MacBook Pro 13” early 2015 with a screen that looks like a bad TV channel with interference. Could this chip by the lvds connector be the cause? It’s damaged. I have another late 2013 a1502 with a similar chip. Is that compatible?

+this is what the screen looks like. The seller said it just stopped working. When I opened the case I noticed the damaged chip.
