Quick question; did this symptom occur even ''before'' replacing your battery?
Here’s what you can try:
* Navigate to '''About This Mac''' and open '''System Report.'''
* On the left side of the window that appears there will be a scrollable column where you will find a section called '''Power,''' click that.
* This will give you more information about the new battery, '''take a screenshot of it''' and post here.
With a new battery, you should expect a very low number of charge cycles and its condition should read “Normal.” If you calibrated it correctly, it should have an accurate reading of “Full charge capacity” too. This is an important follow-up procedure after installing a new battery because it will verify that you received a good unit.
EDIT: I should also mention we are looking at the amperage and voltage of the new battery as well.

+All of these units are tested before shipment, so I doubt it is the issue but still a possibility that needs to be ruled out. Once verified, I would check your '''Energy Saver''' settings located in '''System Preferences,''' as these settings handle the machine’s sleep/wake conditions.
