Upper part of touch dont work, any help?

Hi there, just bought a new screen for my Asus zenfone 3 max (X00dd), replaced the screen with all the parts but the upper part of touch dont work. I already made a hard reset, cleaned the connectors with isopropol and is still the same… any help guys!?
