Does your original battery have a 6 digit code number on it at all? The number gives the dimensions of the battery
The convention with batteries is that the 1st two digits are the height of the battery in mm and there is a decimal point between the two digits which is not shown, the next two digits are the width in mm and the last two are the length in mm, e.g. 252020 = 2.5mm H x 20mm W x 20mm L
If so try searching for ''(insert 6 digit number) 3.7V LiPo battery'' that has the same or better capacity i.e. mAH.
If you can’t find an exact match try for one a bit smaller in size, especially height, as it has to physically fit into the watch.
