JBL Flip 4 doesn't search for Bluetooth devices.

Hi everyone, my JBL flip 4 speaker, when turned on, doesn't show the blue light to connect my cellphone via bluetooth. The light stays white and whatever i do will never change color and try to connect to a device. I tried resetting but i can't because it never changes to the blue or red color. I've tried everything on every forum and nothing seems to work. Please help me!
