Have you taken the logic board out yet? If not I would start off by doing that and then clean the dust buildup using a small soft paint brush to scrub the surfaces and then a can of can’ed air blowing way the debris from the case, fans & logic board.
-Next I would remove the heat sinks no both the CPU & GPU cleaning off the old thermal paste and applying a fresh coat. More often than not this is all that’s needed.

Cooking your logic board wont really fix things. At best it will just buy you sometime.

+As your GPU is part of the main board a hot air rework station would be the better approach if you have access to one.
