-If not, this is a baseband chip fault without the IMEI listed it will not activate. Since it was bought like that, it’s no good to get it repaired as it’s quite expensive ($160>+) for a chance of the phone being iCloud locked after fixing the baseband part.

+The little balls that connect the two boards together is probably what is causing the problem, they all need to connect together properly on each ball or else problems like this occur due to a bad connection:
