Console overheating even after changing thermal paste

Hello!

I have an xbox one x that is out of Microsoft warranty and it keeps cutting out after 5 mins of playing saying insufficient ventilation.  My console is on a desk with nothing round it with plenty of ventilation.

I have checked the fan and it seems to be working fine and I have also replaced the thermal paste and still doing the same.

Any ideas?
