If you didn't remove the Emi shields to clean under those, then 80% of the logic board components wasn't touched by the cleaning and kept on deteriorating and oxydizing. You could try replacing the screen just to make sure it's not a screen issue. Besides that, you'll have to find an experienced professional specialized in smartphone board repairs to take care of it.
