On Windows

• Open Control Panel

• Devices and Printers (Change view to small icons to see this)

• right click the printer

• go to printer properties

• click print test page

On Mac

• Settings --> Printers and Scanners

• Select your Printer

• Click 'Open Printer Queue'

• at the top you have new menus on the Finder bar for your printer such as 'edit', 'printer', 'jobs', etc.

Select 'Printer', and choose 'Print Test Page'.
