I never saw where the problem was solved...I have been experiencing the same problem since purchasing my Dell laptop in Aug. After countless hr with remote support, two in home tech, and one replacement laptop. One hr with wireless service tech, updated routers, the problem still exists....I am using my tablet, of which I have no problems. I am at my wits end.
