1. type "Services.msc" in search
2. Double-click "Printer Spooler" in "Services"
3. Click Stop and click OK.
4. type "%WINDIR%\system32\spool\printers" and delete everything in the spooler list

type "devices and printers" in search and select "devices and printers"
-Select your printer and right click and select "remove device"
-Then on top of the page on the menu bar click on "add printer"
* windows will now search for available printers connected to your computer through USB
* select the appropriate printer that you want to set up and click on add device
------
Now Unplug the printer from both your PC and its power source.
-Press and hold power button for 10 seconds
+Press and hold power button for 10 seconds on the printer
Now plug it back in
try printing a draft now and let me know the results
