Radtech has a product called [http://www.radtech.us/products/Icecreme.aspx|Ice Creme] for this purpose. 
I tried it once just for testing purposes, and it seemed to just buff out the scratches (and the shine), which made it look dull, but that was only one experience. It should at least get rid of the black!
