Try ESC or DELETE keys instead of F8 to get into BOOT OPTIONS and see what it is set to boot from..You may have to go into your BOIS to find this out..

Check the Hard Drive? Hook it up externally to another computer and see if you can access it..If not, see if it is listed in your Disk Management list. If it does not show up, I would say it was a bad Hard Drive. It's usually a Master Boot Record corruption, but your getting a required device is inaccessible message...not a nan MBR corruption message.
