I'm sure Patagonia means well, and I don't expect Patagonia to be responsible for fixing geat that I trashed, or that I can fix myself for $5. However, these tweets and ifixit website imply that I should be responsible for gear repairs based on the premise that I could jury-rig a repair in the mountains. Let's face it though: if I pay $500 for a ski jacket and the zipper breaks, Patagonia needs to step up and hold up its end of the customer satisfaction bargain and fix it for me. Sorry, Patagonia!
