Cameras are like watches, each manufacture supplies the parts for their product. In this case you'll need to go to Nikon or one of it's authorized service centers.

While you might be able to get some parts off of eBay these tend to be from broken cameras that still have good working parts that someone has disassembled Vs factory new.

As you didn't explain what you need thats as much as I can offer you here.
