Frank, your number one enemy right now is corrosion. Even so you dried your GoPro with a dryer, left over water and humidity will corroded your camera. At least you could try to get it back in working condition by cleaning it. Remove the battery and do not try to turn your camera on, or otherwise supply power to it. Take a look at [guide|12457|this teardown] and use it to disassemble your GoPro. Once you have that done, clean '''all the parts''' with a high grade isopropyl alcohol and a soft brush. Yes it is okay to submerge the parts in isopropyl alcohol. Check for bad, burned or missing components. Once you have it cleaned '''replace''' the battery and then check for any residual damage.
