My HTC one slipped into a bucket of water... but after i removed it ..it was still working ....but after half an hour ...it got off autoamtically ....now it wont start ...and not even charge ....please help me out

My HTC One slipped into a bucket of water and after I removed it, it was still working. After about a half an hour it shut off and now it won't start back up or charge. Please help me out.
