iPod Touch 5th Generation: Batterij aansluitpunten +, = afgebroken wat nu? Printplaat afkrabben?

De soldeervlakjes voor + & - zijn losgeraakt van de printplaat en afgebroken. Hoe kan ik mijn nieuwe batterij nu nog aansluiten, het middelste aansluitpunt is nog goed,

Is er een afbeelding te vinden van hoe de koperbanen lopen zodat ik daar op kan aansluiten. Met de volt/Ohm meter kan ik nog niets vinden.

Ik ken echt niks van apple producten. Toen ik mijn ipod touch 5 had vervangen met een nieuwe batterij startte ik hem op en kwam er het apple logo op maar daar bleef het bij. Het scherm bleef erna zwart. Iemand die me kan helpen?

iPod Touch 5th Generation: Can I swap an iPod touch 6's casing on a touch 5?

After cutting my hand open trying to take the "iPod loop" off my old casing(my replacement that I bought in China didn't come with one somehow) I now decided I hate that thing and was just wondering whether I can just slap an iPod touch 6's casing on a touch 5 and call it a day. I saw the teardown and repair videos of both devices and it seems to me the only significant difference is the prescence of the pointless "iPod loop" on the touch 5.

Can anyone confirm whether I can swap the casing between them? thanks in advance

Hi, so recently my iPod wouldn't turn on.

I have tried force restarting it (power and home button for more than 2 minutes)

I have tried plugging it in to a computer and then pressing the home button

iTunes doesn't recognise it because it is completely out of battery.

It doesn't even come up with the low battery sign or any Apple Logo.

Greetings everyone! Recently I found my old iPod Touch 4. After replacing the battery and turning it on, the screen began to light up white for 10 seconds and then go out (it happens after each press of the power button). Does anyone know what could be the problem?

iPod Touch 7th Generation: Can't remove the front display!

It seems impossible to remove the front display! I used the iOpener repeatedly, a heat gun, all to no avail. I bought a new display and all the tools to replace it, but I can't get started. The adhesive just doesn't want to budge! Help!

The cable isn't the problem. It works fine on other apple products, but on my ipod touch 4th generation, i think my ipod doesn't have connection to the charger. Maybe there's something wrong with the input in my ipod??

Hi there so here is my problem, I have an iPod touch first generation and I just reset it, I also downloaded iTunes for my computer *which is an hp laptop that runs on windows 8*, now when I plug my iPod into my computer iTunes comes up and says it cannot connect to this iPod touch? what do i do to fix this issue? btw it does connect to my computer but not to my iPod

problem :

> trying to flash it using 2utools, stuck in 14% (screen shows apple logo and empty loading bar), always ended up failed with error -1

> ipod disconnected mid flashing (i use direct usb port on my macair 2017)

> got 2pcs 30pin cables with a bit suspicious conditions (need to adjust the port to make it connect)

pre-restoration status :

> ipod can play music, speaker works, buttons work, glass screen cracked yet no sign of dead pixel/dent/black spot, wifi works

> can charge with those cables but need adjustment to make it work

> can connect to finder and works well (can delete/add media)

> cameras not working (black/sometimes greens/show some hardware error) it still can capture/record

> was jailbroken : cydia

> apple account logged out

Was waiting for about 30ish min to restore, so i left to do something else. But it showed apple logo + usb and restore failed.

My intention was wanting to clear all of the existing musics, so i want to restore it. But it went wrong. Help, thank you.

iPod Touch 7th Generation: Can I just repair the front glass (screen)?

I used IFIXIT to repair my iPhone 4s years ago and it came out fine!

Now my wife has an iPod touch 7th gen that she dropped and the glass (screen?) is broken. It is like a cracked window. The unit still works fine, but I would like to replace the glass. In reading the detailed procedure on your website, I wonder if I need to do all the steps required (like detaching the home button, the lightning connection, speaker, moving the battery out of the way, etc. all to just replace the front glass? It seems like a lot of work!

I found an I pod touch, model A1421 , in parking lot. Its password protected so how do I bypass password and do a total factory reset ? Ive never owned or used anything Apple before, but did just create an I Tunes account because according to most articles I will need to connect to it to do a restore. However, keep getting error messages.
