This is an electronic problem. I cannot solve it without detailed schematics/data

Het systeem bestaat uit een console (A080-92178-G000) een controlunit (A080-92197-C000), een 6 volt accu en een wisselstroomdynamo. De controlunit wordt volgens documentatie getriggerd met een reedcontact en bekrachtigd de wisselstroomdynamo en vermoedelijk de console. De wisselstoomdynamo verspild zijn opgewekte energie in een weerstandbank. Dit geeft de crosstrainer zijn weerstand, indirect aangestuurd door de console.

I was educated as an electical/electronic engineer, but worked as geologist, drilling engineer an finaly as a goverment mining inspector.

Ik heb het correcte bedradingsschema, en alles doorgemeten. De accu vernieuwd en spanningen gemeten in stationaire en beweging toestand. Maar omdat ik niet weet wat de spanningen moeten zijn, levert dit geen reparatie-inzicht op. Ook de vermogens- componenten op de controlunit vervangen. I checked the brushes in the alternator and powered the field separately. The alternator works fine. Ik heb geen schema’s van bovengenoemde printen. Ik weet niet wat ik waar moet meten om de storing te vinden en op te lossen.

Tot nu toe heeft LifeFitness NL geen info geleverd, die mij verder helpt bij de reparatie.

Recently I discovered that the screw that acts as a cap for the suspension oil chamber is loose and leaking, and since I bought the shock secondhand I'm pretty sure the previous owner did not tighten it properly. Right now I need to add more suspension oil but every guide I see online requires complete disassembly of the shock with a lot of tools required. I personally do NOT have the skill or the tools, so I'm wondering whether I can add suspension oil without taking it apart. That screw have to be unscrew-able for a reason...

Any help is appreciated and thanks in advance!

I’ve just bought the Xiaimo QiCycle bike, and I was so happy of my purchase.

I’ve ride it to my work for a few time before winter, and I put it in the garage waiting for better days.

The sun comes finaly earlier, and when i tried to charge the battery, nothing works…

I noticed that once connected to the charger, the green led of the charger did not turn red (charging indicator), while the indicator of the bike tells me that it is completely discharged

This green led stay to green, and do not charge the battery:(

Could you tell me what to do to find out if the problem is with the charger or the battery?

I purchased this qi cycle on 2019. So far, it was running fine. I usually charge it when the battery level goes below 40%. Yesterday, I put it in charge as battery level went down to 37%, the charging adapter light was green and then there was a click sound and it remains green.

While checking the solution in this group, I found that suggested solution is to either repeatedly plug and unplug to charging or run the front wheel in reverse mode without turning on the cycle. I did both last night and today morning, i found rest 37% is also gone.

Now if I put the adapter on, the while lights in the cycle keep blinking and the light in adapter stay green even after click sound.

Note: Due to rainy season, I didn't ride on this cycle and charging it after a month.

I couldn't find any service center in bangladesh. Can anyone please help?
