Na de herstelling van een touch screen, willen de onderste toetsen niet meer werken. Touchscreen blijft ook hangen. Als ik het scherm los test voor de plaatsing, werkt alles wel normaal.

Beste,

Een aantal dagen geleden gaf mijn tablet blijkbaar de geest wanneer ik deze wenste te gebruiken.

De aan- en/ of uitzetknop reageerde niet meer wanneer ik daarop drukte.

Dagelijks gebruik ik mijn tablet en is ongeveer een viertal jaar oud,...

Een bezoek aan de winkel ( Belgacom/Proximus ) leverde geen resultaat tot herstelling.

Er werd eveneens voorgesteld om deze te laten herstellen bij een extern bedrijf, wat in casu ook geen gunstig gevolg eraan kon worden gegeven. Evenwel zou het probleem, blijkbaar een chip van het moederbord moeten vervangen worden en zou dit in Nederland veel succes tot herstelling ervan hebben geleid,... Vandaar mijn vraag of er een dienst is dat dergelijke herstellingen doet en zo ja, hoelang deze herstelling duurt en hoeveel dit zou kosten,...

One day my Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.0 turned off, and I tried holding down the power and volume buttons. It said it needed to download a custom OS or press down on the volume button for restart. I recently bought a new charger and the first hour it was charging since it was on 0% i then took the charger out and the tablet wont turn on, i tried EVERYTHING, including touching the screen while holding down on button, holding down the volume buttons while holding down the power button, i even let it sit with the charger in for like 24hours and repeating those steps. STILL NOTHING. is it the charger? any suggestions?
