Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge: My Samsung isn't charging.

Hello!

I got a pretty strange problem with my s7 edge for few days:

I am unable to charge it using my fast charger, because it can't be detected. I can charge it using an external battery though, which i charge with the same charger.

Any ideas about my issue?

P.S: my cable is a bit damaged but i think this might not be the problem as long as it does function on my external battery, right?

Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus: Will not charge or turn on.

Went to bed and power was at 7%. Did not plug in charger. When I got up the next morning, phone would not turn on. Plugged in the charger, still did not turn on. Left it on the charger for one day, still did not turn on. Changed chargers and cords three times and tried wireless charging, you got it, still did not turn on.

In all situations the charging light never turned on, the charger never got warm, and the phone never got warm. However, when the phone is plugged into the charger and I do a soft boot, barely visible bars flash intermittently on the bottom half the phone screen.

An online search indicates this is not an uncommon problem and frequency is increasing. Verizon will honor the warranty because there is a small crack on the left side of the screen. This is been there for five months without causing any problems.

My thinking on possible problems:

Battery needs to be replaced;

Charging hardware Is defective.

Charging firmware or software is crap.

I am wide open to suggestions and troubleshooting. If nothing brings my phone back to life, is it possible to recover the data?

Samsung Galaxy A50s: Phone will not go past the charging screen and remains off

So far as I can tell, it is not the black screen of death. Last night my phone ran out of charge, so I plugged it in before bed.

This morning, it won’t turn on; the charging screen is there when the power button is pushed, but it will not show a percentage of the charge. I have tried the reset method where you hold the power button and the volume down, but it seems to turn the phone off and land right back at the charging screen.

The only issue I can think of is maybe the battery has died, but it has shown no indication of it? anyway, if you have any ideas cheers
