2000-2002 Pontiac Sunfire: Why does my right turn signal ONLY not work?

I'm probably answering my own question with what I'm about to describe but I'm in search of 2nd opinions here (3rd, 4th, etc) but I'm pretty sure it has to be a wiring problem, in which I'm completely clueless on. Some help on how to test it (for idiots like me)...?? So all my lights work except for the rear right turn signal. Bulbs are good, fuses are good, no corroded connections. Only thing I haven't been able to check was the relay or something like that located under the dash area to see if it is still good, above the brake pedal but I read that would only be a issue if both turn aignals didn't work. Hazards work just fine (except in the rear right tail light) which leads me to be a wiring issue. If so, a simple as possible detailed way to know for sures from someone would be awesome & if I should just let a shop handle it?? I honestly hate electrical work, more handy with mechanical haha

I replaced my battery and headlight assembley. I did have to fight with the surrounding wiring tubes to get battery in. Now my car cranks but will not fire. Looking at the underhood fuses that there is not a fuel pump control speed relay. It ran before. I don't think anyone came in my yard and took it. So does it have one or dose it only have the fuel pump relay.
