I have the parts in hand but I’ve not been able to find any tear down or repair manuals or videos on the service. The manual provided by the manufacturer also doesn’t go into the detail I need, and the appliance parts sites out there also haven’t been helpful that I can find. Does anyone know of any out there on the web or elsewhere? TIA for any help anyone can offer!

  • The roller spins freely and is seated correctly.
  • Bearings were slightly dirty but have been cleaned and lubricated.
  • The motor shaft spins when powered, both with and without the roller.
  • Applying extra friction to the roller does not prevent the error.
  • There are no sensors on the roller itself, or any where around it.

Despite the roller being installed and spinning, the vacuum consistently displays the “install roller” message.

The model is "Roidmi NEO".
