Hallo,

Ik ben nauwelijks verstaanbaar voor de ontvangende partij in videogesprekken.

Audio gesprekken zijn perfect, ook bij filmen van een filmpje is het geluid perfect.

(Het ligt dus niet fysiek aan de microfoon)

De app waarmee ik bel (Facebook,Whatsapp, Viber, Skype) maakt niet uit. Het geeft dezelfde slechte verstaanbaarheid.

Beste IFIXIT. Ik zou graag zelf mijn Motorola Edge 30 Neo XT2245-1 repareren. Hierbij heb ik wel een service manual nodig met schema's en layouts en dergelijke. GSM (Motorola Edge 20 Lite is gevallen bij val met fiets. Heb in geheel geen beeld meer. Laten repareren bij diverse reparateurs bekeken. Kost overal tussen 170 en 180 euro. Dat moet volgens mij goedkoper kunnen. Wie weet hoe ik te werk moet gaan

My Edge 2024 will not accept the Google Play System Mainline services update when I restart my phone to finish installing the update my screen goes black for a moment on reboot then it boots as usual but when I check if the update took it's still telling me that it needs updated I've tried everything I know and I can't get it to update...... Any idea what I can do to fix this???

I submerged my phone in water and now it does not power on nor does it appear to take a charge. Only a little LED status light comes on briefly when plugged in to a charger. I took it to one repair shop and they looked at it and said it has a short on the motherboard. How hard is it to make this repair?

List of problems for phone purchased on August 16, 2024:
1. Speaker phone button sometimes does not work.
2. When I am on a call and another call rings in, the original caller only hears static so I cannot tell them to hold on one minute.
3. Lots of times the other caller says that I am breaking up when I am within my city limits (my last phone, an LG Stylo 4 never had this problem).
4. Xfinity has tried twice and cannot get my visual voicemail set up.

I am a power of attorney for several clients and cannot mail my phone into Motorola. Do these sound like problems that I could fix with your kits and videos (my husband and I are fairly mechanical)? I am not sure if these are software issues or faulty hardware issues.

Volume control continues to jump on and off of the display screen making it hard to text and the volume will not adjust you can lower it from the online screen but it goes right back up to full right after you do it plus the sidebar volume control does not work anymore after water damage.
