Moto g6 play: Moto G6 Play replacement screen 1mm too short

I know this is going to sound weird but I ordered a screen from 2 different suppliers for a Moto G6 Play and both replacement screens are 1mm too short. Everything lines up at the top and the shape is perfect but there is a gap at the bottom. The flex cables work and are a perfect match to the original. Anybody else have this issue?

I have a Moto G8 Power with a cracked screen, so I came here to iFixit but was surprised to find that there is literally nothing on the site about this phone. I really wanted to get the part from iFixit because I’ve had bad parts from everywhere else I’ve tried (doesn’t iFixit have a deal with Motorola for parts or something?). So I need to know where I can get reliable parts and guides for this phone for today, and I’d like to know when iFixit will be adding this phone to its site. Thanks!

Motorola Moto G Stylus (2021): My charging port seems to not be connecting.

When I put the charger cable into my port it is not connecting so my phone isn't charging. Sometimes if I put the cord on an angle it will work but not always. Is there a way to repair this problem?

Moto G4 Plus: ghost touch while charging

got a weird problem,phone works perfectly fine with no issues but whenever charge the device, my friend is experiencing ghost touch and severe lags. Unable to control the touch and it works fine when its not under charging. Tried different charger and still the same problem. Anyone experiencing the same problem?

Motorola Moto X: Replace display assembly or just glass?

Hello,

I recently dropped my moto x and shattered the glass. The touch digitizer and lcd seem to work still, so I think the damage is mostly cosmetic.

The guide on this site only shows how to replace the display assembly, I've found the glass itself for sale much cheaper.

My question: is it possible to replace just the glass, or do I need to swap the entire display assembly? If I can replace just the glass, does anyone have a guide to doing that?

Motorola Edge (2020): SIM card tray is stuck

I have a Motorola Edge, I’m trying to change the SIM card, but I can’t get the SIM card tray to eject. I’ve tried using different SIM card tools, and paperclips, only to have them bend, and just had the tip of the paperclip break off into the hole. I’ve taken it to the mobile carrier, as well as a local tech repair place, but no success at either place. The tech repair place isn’t authorized for Motorola phones, and basically said it needs to be taken apart to remove the SIM card tray.
I’d appreciate any advice and guides that might help.

So, i bought this phone prior to the huge signal issues were exposed. I love the repairability and huge battery, and would like to fix it. However, i haven’t found the answer anywhere: Why is this phone so bad with the reception? Is it all models? Is it just a batch of faulty antenna modules? Where can i buy a fixed antenna module? Any russian hacks i can try?
