Xbox One: Where to find a paired Xbox One motherboard and disc drive set?

I am looking for a replacement motherboard paired with a matching optical disc drive for my original Xbox One. I understand these components are hard-coded to each other and must be replaced as a set to avoid E100 errors.

The iFixit store (IF294-007-1) is currently out of stock. Does anyone know of other reliable sources for matched sets, or are there specific keywords I should use to ensure I'm getting a truly paired pair when searching third-party marketplaces?

Xbox Series X: Xbox Series X No Power - Southbridge SOC-1 Connector Overheating in Standby

I have an Xbox Series X that will not power on (no beep, no light, no fan).

Diagnostic steps already taken:

1. PSU is confirmed working with 12V output.

2. 5V and 3.3V standby rails are present on the Southbridge board.

3. A faint mid-pitch hum (coil whine) is heard only when both main boards are connected via the SOC-1 ribbon cable.

4. With the SOC-1 cable connected, the connector on the Southbridge board (specifically the end of the connector further from the outer edge of the board) reaches temperatures over 135°F.

5. Flipping the SOC-1 cable results in the heat staying at the Southbridge connector, suggesting the short is on the Southbridge board or the connector itself rather than the cable.

6. Microscopic inspection of the connector and pins shows no visible debris, bridges, or bent pins.

Is there a known component failure (capacitor or diode) near the inner pins of the SOC-1 connector on the Southbridge board that would cause a standby short? Which voltage rail corresponds to those specific pins?

Xbox One: What could I be doing wrong on my xbox one

Hi i have this old xbox one i'm trying to get working that i'm guessing the power supply went cause it won't power on it just makes a sound no lights so i tried using a standard computer power supply i tried two ones a HP 702304-002 with a weird pin layout and the other was a dell power supply with the standard 4 pin cpu and 24 pin motherboard here's what i did for both note i only have 5 wires for this xbox 2 12v 2 gounds 1 red and 1 blue no gray

i also watched this video showing the blue wire isn't used <ins>https://youtu.be/GTd-3Ad-fGU?si=PvITDU9c...</ins>

HP P1 connector i used this <ins>https://fabozzi.net/installing-normal-at...</ins>

2 yellow to 12V cable on xbox

2 ground cable to ground on xbox

P2 connector

i just tried to use pin 2 since that was the closet that was 5V but when connected i used a multimeter and it was only registering about a volt even with the power supply fan spinning

i also tried pin 3 for the five volt also didn't work

Dell power supply

this one i tried putting the 2 12v and the 2 ground into the 4 pin cpu

both i also tried jump starting the fans incase they were not registering it was on as well both the 12V wires were coming up as 12V on a multimeter but even after this i don't even have the sound coming thru like when i tried using my broken original xbox one power supply

update: I now got the 5V wire taking 5V but it still isn't turning on

Update: tried also plugging the red wire into the purple 5V standby on the dell power supply still nothing
