Dit probleem steekt overal de kop op, met m’n sky box, DVD-speler en ook als ik de Netflix- en YouTube-apps op m’n smart TV gebruik.

Ik heb geprobeerd alle beeldinstellingen aan te passen. Ik heb de warmte van het beeld op maximaal warm gezet en zelfs dat helpt niet bij het verminderen van de blauwe tint. Ik heb eigenlijk alles wel geprobeerd.

Waar wordt deze blauwe gloed door veroorzaakt?

Alle hulp wordt enorm op prijs gesteld.

Weinig kennis van tv en zou zo een nieuwe kopen maar wellicht niet nodig

Volgens de ziggo-monteur ligt het aan de communicatie tussen de smartcard/console en de tv. wat kan ik doen? De tv is nog meer een paar jaar oud.

De afstandsbediening reageert niet wie zou mij kunnen vertellen wat er aan de tv kapot is? Dit is namelijk de tweede tv waar dit mee gebeurt is in 1 dag.

This problem occurs all the time, with my sky box, DVD player and Netflix and YouTube apps on the smart tv.

I have tried adjusting all the picture settings. I have turned the picture temperature all the way to warm and even this doesn’t help lessen the blue tint. I’ve tried everything.

What might be causing the blueish purple tint?

Any help much appreciated,

I have tried unplugging it, holding the power button for 10 seconds and plugging it back in. I tried switching picture settings to vivid. But did not help. Sound works fine.

What else can I try.

Hi guys,

A few days ago my TV screen suddenly went black and I don't quite know what to do.

Basically, if I turn it on the LG logo will appear for about a second or so and then the screen goes black. although backlight stays on. The only button on the remote that does anything is the on/off one.

Called up 2 tv repair shops and both told me almost straight away that it sounds like the panel is dead and I need to basically replace the whole screen (a $3,000 repair), which I don't quite believe.

When I took the TV off the wall and tried turning it on again a few days later - it worked fine for maybe 10 seconds and then the screen went black again.

Maybe there is a loose connection somewhere or something.

Any ideas? I hope there's something I could try before I throw it away.

The model is LG 70" UH635T, I could find it in the list so had to choose a random LG model when posting this question

I got a LG 42LG5000 TV in 02/2009. In 02/2011 (just after the TV's warranty expired), when I opened the TV to watch something, I saw that the left side of TV was much more darker than the right side.

As manufacturer and repairers say "left LCD panel is gone, replacement price is much more then TV's price, so throw the TV to trash" but I'm not convinced actually because of the following;

Till a month ago, when I shake the TV or wait a little bit, the left side was coming back to normal but in last month, it doesn't.

I'm attaching the pictures. So you can see the problem and may give some advice to me.
