Bij opladen geen enkele reactie.
Na enige tijd (trachten) op te laden wordt de smartwatch warm.
Opgestuurd naar een reparateur. Na wat 'heen en weer' en een fikse factuur met onderzoekkosten terug ontvangen. Aan de vervuiling in de naadjes te zien is hij niet eens open geweest.
Wie o wie kan mij verder helpen?
Ondanks mijn leeftijd (77) ben ik nog wel in staat reparaties uit te voeren. Ik ben een "oud" KTV en elektronica technicus.”

Mijn Fitbit werkt nog perfect, maar het groene lichtje brandt niet en mijn hartslag wordt niet meer geregistreerd. Kan ik dit oplossen?

Is dit repareerbaar? Ik heb het knopje nodig in de zwemstand anders kan ik mijn workout niet opslaan/afslaan en ik heb het ook nodig voor een reset van de 3 knopjes samen als het horloge vastgelopen is

Beste , is er nog iets te doen aan een fitbit charge 3 wanneer de lichtjes van de hartslagsensor niet meer werken en de fitbit geen scherm geeft zonder aangekoppeld te zijn aan de oplaadkabel ????

Toen ik mijn lokaal in liep botste ik zachtjes met mijn pols tegen de deurpost doordat ik kuch geduwd werd. Toen is het knopje aan de linkerkant van de Fitbit verbogen. Nu kan hij niet meer aan en ben ik bang dat hij zal afbreken als ik dit terug buig. Kan dit gerepareerd worden?

the small plastic/metal piece that houses the side button and holds the charge cable in place when plugged in to charge is broken, so now I cant charge my fitbit, and the side button has fallen off, I know I can get a replacement from fitbit if I am still under warranty, but I would like to know if I can by a replacement piece instead.

Fitbit charge 4: Tiny broken screws, Fitbit Charge 4 band holder

Hi all,

The band holder broke off my Fitbit Charge 4, along with more than 50% of each screw. Any advice on getting the rest of the screws out? The sleeves around the screws have little nibs on them that prevent them from spinning freely (I tried to squeeze them with pliers but wound up with little nubs I can no longer grab onto). Please see the intact side and the broken side in the attached pictures.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Fitbit Versa 2: How Do I Reattach The Screen

The touch screen of my Versa 2 popped off because I believe the adhesive gasket that holds the screen to the frame failed. This is the second one, my first one was replaced under warranty and now they want me to pay for a replacement.

Does anyone know of a good place to get a replacement gasket, or if I could use something like automotive grade RTV to stick it back in place? The material looks and feels similar to RTV, but I don’t want to do it wrong and wreck something. I could test it with my original Versa 2 (that was replaced) since FitBit let me keep it.

Can the Fitbit be reset without the OEM charger? I lost the charger and got an after market one, but it doesn't have a reset pin. Is it just a case of shorting the pins? Or is it a matter of applying 5V+ to one of the other pins?

Fitbit Charge HR: Can I replace the wrist band of the charge HR?

One day I left my hr in the car on a hot day in Arizona, I took it off because I was going to go swimming. When I came back to get it, the wrist band started to bubble off the actual device. Later the next week I was getting out of the car and my fitbit hit the door and totally fell apart. Now the actual mechanics of the fitbit was out. The next day I had my dad try and fix it (he does engineering) but all he did was stick some strong waterproofing glue all on it that stuck the pieces together but my dad on the drive to me had it in a place under the sun and it started to bubble again. So here is my question, is there a way to replace the whole wrist band of the fitbit?
