Ik wil mijn Countour +2 camera graag koppelen aan mijn telefoon. Hiervoor moet mijn camera een firmware update hebben. De support van de Contour website werkt niet. Enig idee hoe ik aan een firmware update kan komen?

Contour Roam2: Contour+2 Cannot turn on after charging

I haven’t used it for a while. It worked fine before I charge, but after charging for a few hours I can’t turn it back on anymore. Did I burn the battery? I’ve had it for about 5-6 years
