Ik heb over 2 weken mijn mondelinge examens voor Natuurkunde en Wiskunde B. Mijn Grafische rekenmachine is net per ongeluk van de trap gevallen, en beland op het scherm wat uiteindelijk gebroken is. ik heb geen reserves en zou graag willen weten hoe en waar ik het scherm kan laten vervangen. Kan ik zien wanneer (datum /tijdstip) wanneer er de laatste keer alles gewist is? Ik ben dus opzoek naar de geschiedenis van het toestel. Is dit mogelijk? Zo ja, hoe kan ik dit nakijken?

Can I see when (date /time) when everything was last deleted? So I am looking for the history of the device. Is this possible? If yes, how can I check this?

Calculator: waarom flikkert mijn scherm? (casio fx-82EX)

Ik heb rond april een casio fx-82EX rekenmachine gekocht. Ik gebruik hem voor school en neem hem elke dag mee in mijn rugzak. Vandaag was ik iets aan het uitrekenen en de cijfers op het scherm begonnen opeens te vervagen. Ik gaf mijn rekenmachine een tik en alles verscheen weer. Dus ik dacht dat het voorbij was en ging door. Maar even later deed hij het weer. Ik ben nu op het punt dat as ik mijn machine een tik geef dat alle cijfers verdwijnen en als ik het weer een tik geef dan verschijnt alles weer.

Een klasgenoot heeft ook eerder deze rekenmachine gekocht en die ging volgens mij op een vergelijkbare manier stuk. (dit weet ik niet zeker) Mijn vorige casio is bijna 10 jaar mee gegaan en ik verwachtte dat ook van deze. ligt het aan het model? komt dit vaker voor? kan ik dit fixen?

TI-84 Plus CE: Knoppen GR werken soms niet en hij gaat soms plots aan

Sinds een paar dagen geleden doet mijn GR plotseling een beetje vreemd. Nouja plotseling, dat weet ik niet helemaal zeker. Het zou zo kunnen zijn dat er een beetje water bij is gekomen dat aan mijn brooddoos zat nadat ik hem had afgewassen. Maar dan heb ik het ook echt maar over een heel klein beetje water en de klep zat tijdens dit gebeure wel op mijn GR.

Het probleem : soms stoppen de knoppen van mijn GR heel even of voor een langere tijd met werken. En de GR gaat soms plotseling aan zonder dat ik er iets mee doe.

TI-84 Plus CE: TI-84 Plus CE - ON Button Not Working To Turn On or Off

The ON keypad button does nothing, but everything else works fine. I can only turn on the calculator in 3 ways:

Remove and reinsert the battery which also clears the RAM.
Press the tiny reset button in the back which also clears the RAM.
Plug in the charging cable while connected to a charger which does not clear the RAM.

When it’s on, I can’t turn it off. Pressing 2nd - ON does nothing. If I leave it alone, it will power off after about 3 minutes of idle time when unplugged and about 15 minutes when connected to a charger. When it's off, pressing the ON button does nothing and I have to use one of the 3 methods above to turn it back on.

I tried everything in "TI-84 Plus CE Recovery Techniques" including reinstalling the OS, but the problem is exactly the same which leads me to believe it’s a hardware problem, so I disassembled it and removed the PCB board, finding some traces of corrosion on the PCB board by the ON switch contact and on the rubber actuator. I cleaned them with alcohol and reinstalled the OS again just in case. I also installed a brand new battery, but after all of that, the symptoms are the same. Any ideas about how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.

Texas Instruments TI-83 Plus: Spare Battery Severely Leaking/Calculator Won't turn on

So, i recently opened up the spare battery compartment of my TI-83 Plus, and noticed one of the spare batteries was slightly bulging. i decided to take it out to examine it. during this process, i had placed 4 new AAA batteries inside of it. (it didn't power on even when new batteries were inserted) When attempting to pry the Button cell battery out, i heard a faint hissing noise. i decided to remove the AAA batteries as a precaution. when i took the button cell out, it was severely corroded. (explains the mystery battery fluid that was appearing in the calculator some months back) i checked the other button cell out of curiosity, (i have an oddball unit that uses 2 LR44 button cells) and it was hardly corroded. there appears to be heavy corrosion on the spring. i was wondering if the calculator could be saved, and what methods i can use to help fix it.
