Greetings psi.. I dropped my Max pro m1 in water from a metre height in water. it was half dippped in water for about 5 second and was already switched off . Only the upper portion was in water. Then I heated it on gas stove . I also opened the phone afterwards I dried it and then kept it in rice bag. After approx. 8 hrs I tried starting it but it didn't turn on . I kept it on charge for 1hr but it didn't start still. Then I again reopened the phone and saw battery voltage was dropped down. * While on charge there's some sound near fingerprint sensor area when heard closely . Please help me.

I dropped my phone now 1 of the 2 SIM cards isn't detected, if I swap the Sims the one in slot 1 always works. Any ideas what the issue could be or if it could likely be fixed by myself or a phone store?

Asus ROG Phone: ASUS ROG Phone suddenly turned off and won't turn on anymore

My ASUS ROG Phone 1 suddenly powered off while I was watching a video. The battery was almost full before it shut down.

The phone shut down completely without any warning, error message, overheating, restart, or unusual behavior beforehand.

After that, the phone became completely unresponsive:

No ASUS logo appears
No vibration when pressing the power button
No charging indicator LED
The phone is not detected by my PC when connected via USB
The phone does not get warm while charging

I have already tried:

Using different chargers and USB cables
Holding the Power button for more than 30 seconds
Holding Power + Volume Up for more than 30 seconds
Charging the phone for several hours

The phone has been dropped several times in the past, so I am wondering if the issue could be related to the motherboard or power management IC.

Is there any way to diagnose the problem or recover my data?

Hi, since 16 hours my phone is in a bootloop. I can acsses the recovery mode and fastboot but I can't find a fix else than wiping everything, wich I want to avoid. Is thier any why how I can get the data on my Pc?

If I turn the phone off with the recovery mode it is not starting agin until I start I agin
