Ik heb gisteren mijn scherm van mijn chromebook gehaald en omdat deze kapot was, ik heb deze aangesloten op de tv en hij werkt weer alleen de wifi geeft aan dat er geen netwerken zijn terwijl hij daarvoor het nog deed.

Nu vroeg ik me af of er misschien een soort antenne in het scherm zit waardoor er geen wifi meer is ( heel af en toe laat het een netwerk zien maar daarna niet meer

Ik heb de cp315-1h-c43v. Het laden van de accus werkte afgelopen week opeens niet meer. Nu weer wel. Wie heeft er een tip ‘Wat te doen?’

Er was een soort fluittoon hoorbaar links boven het toetsenbord.

Zowel bij de linker als rechter USB-C poort werkte het niet.

Er verscheen wel een ‘laad teken’ op het accu sysmbool.

De tooltip tekst gaf het huidige percentage aan én ‘bleef berekenen’ hoe lang het laden nog zou duren.

Er kwam geen lading bij.

Acer Chromebook CB3-111-C670: Wifi is disabled and cannot be re-enabled

So recently my Chromebook was not connecting to any networks. When I went to look at the connections, it said that the Wi-Fi was turned off, and the button to turn it on was not present at all. Upon clicking on 'Settings', the Wi-Fi network was listed as 'Disabled', but when I went to click on it, it does not give any options to re-enable it. What's wrong with it?

I tried plugging my headphones into the headphone jack in school, but it wasn't going in. I couldn't really see anything, so I tried using force (which was probably a dumb move). When that failed, I got my flashlight out and saw a tiny (nearly the size of the jack) clear ball jammed at the bottom. It's frustrating because I have no idea where it could've came from, and I've only had the Chromebook for about a month now. What should I do? Please help! :((

My computer will not turn on. The charging light is on when its plugged in and the "on" light will flash once when you hit the power button, but it never comes on or acts like its going too. Any suggestions?

Acer Spin 713: Why isn't replacement battery recognized?

I've tried several replacement batteries and none of them will boot up after installation. I was able to get each of them to work by installing them with the charger plugged in BUT, if you sign out or power it off it's back to square one.. no recognition of the battery and no boot up. FYI, I've tried after market and OEM batteries with the same result. Does anyone have a solution or explanation?

Acer Chromebook C720: weird black screen issue?

i turn on my laptop and when it gets to the normal acer startup screen at bottum said "preparing acer repair" on the bottom with he loading circle. after 1 minute goes to black screen.

it also said something about my drivers one of the times i tried turning it on?
