Acer C910 Chromebook: Can’t find WiFi?

This may be weird but my Chromebook won’t connect to WiFi. The WiFi is turned on and it searches for WiFi but it doesn’t come up with WiFi or connect to any. How do I fix it?

I have an acer C910 and I'm trying to bypass the Enterprise Enrollment. I've removed the write screw, unplugged the battery and I still can't get it in developer mode. Please help.

Connect to charger the light stops bleeping and turns orange and it doesn’t turn on it use to show the dead battery sign but it doesn’t even do that?

Power supply has 19 volts on it until I plug it into computer then it goes to zero .

battery seems good still has 50% .What could make the voltage drop to zero inside the computer
